If you wish to change one or more products, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. In order to make the change, the product must be unused and in excellent condition. To proceed with sending the product to us, you must first have contacted us to accept the change.
The product should be shipped by General Post Office with a recipient charge. In case the customer wishes to be shipped with another postal company, the charge is his own.

The cost of the refund is borne by you and costs 4 euros, deducted from the total refund amount. To deposit the amount you will need to send us your iban account number and beneficiary details at our email ([email protected]).
It is important to ensure that the product is safely transported to avoid any damage or loss that will make the change / return impossible
For orders placed by Cyprus, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt, in order to proceed with the change / return process.
In discount and seasonal products, changes will not be accepted.
